Led by Percival Pasuelo, ICT Division Chief, the ICTD team composed of Mary Claudette Benatero, Charles Henry Lumba, and Roger Tura showed the functionalities and requirement of the e-Archiving System. OIC Department Head and OIC Asst. Department Head, Dr. Jacinto Makilang and Dr. Mely Lastimoso respectively led the other eight medical officers representing various Rural Health Centers of General Santos City.
On March 18, 2015 at the office of the City Accountant, the same system was shown to all staff. Roy Detoyato, Data Controller II, supervised the team and provided answers to questions and concerns raised by the accounting office staff.
The CEMCDO or the City Economic Management Cooperative and Development Office represented by Shirley Cunanan, Administrative Officer, participated actively during the March 25, 2015 e-archiving discussion.
Currently, ICTD is waiting for advice from different offices if the hardware component is already available. Pasuelo added that “the in-house developed software is complete and ready for installation, the delay of implementation happens during the hardware procurement processes.”
The e-Archiving System is programmed by Leonard Pe, IT Officer I of the Information and Communications Technology (ICTD) under the City Mayors Office.
