1ST QUARTER O.R. ROUND ONE FOR CHSS SUCCESSFUL!
adminGENERAL SANTOS CITY (April 10, 2015) – Operations Review for the 1st Quarter of 2015 under the Computer Hradware and Software Support Services, Round One, successfully conducted at the Conference Room of the City Agriculturist’s Office on April 10, 2015 from 10 AM to 12:00 noon.
Percival Pasuelo, IT Officer II and ICT Division Chief directed the review of operations resulting to re-enforcement of procedures by re-aligning the multiple purposes of the current job roder request form. It can serve three success indicators with only one form, that is, the assessment and service maintenance as the first output, computer repairs comprising desktop, laptop and server computers, and the third is the repair of peripherals.
Roger Tura, Data Controller I, and one of the supervising heads of the helpdesk section presented the well-documented and organized 1st quarter accomplishments together with some staff under the section. Rolando Patac, Jr., another supervisor of the section was not able to attend. Currently detailed at the City Planning and Development Office effective February 2015.
Based on the review of proceeses and the tasks voided temporaily by Patac, created a disparity in the CHSS operation and the IT services it provided as these were built on solid foundation engineered by Patac himself and his co-supervisor Roger Tura.
Against these challenges of peopleware insufficiencies, the 1st quarter operation of CHSS continued to soar high. Tura and Pasuelo filled-in the gap by adding stringent counter measures to outweigh the said deficiencies.
