By 2030, General Santos will achieve a data-driven, smart city local government utilizing e-government frameworks and maximizing the full capacity of data science tools
toward digital transformation.
MISSION
ICTD commits to:
1. Support the LGU offices in repairing and maintaining computer hardware and network.
2. Establish fiber-optic connectivity of local government offices and the city’s 26 barangays for accessibility to e-government transactions.
3. Provide citizen-centric ICT services in partnership with the stakeholders and implement the seven e-government frameworks categorized as G2C | G2B | G2G | G2P | D2G | G2W | G2E.
