THE ICT MISSION ICTD commits to:
1. Support the LGU offices in repairing and maintaining computer hardware and network.
2. Establish fiber-optic connectivity of local government offices and the city’s 26 barangays for accessibility to e-government transactions.
3. Provide citizen-centric ICT services in partnership with the stakeholders and implement the seven e-government frameworks categorized as G2C | G2B | G2G | G2P | D2G | G2W | G2E.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
By 2030, General Santos will achieve a data-driven, smart city local government utilizing e-government frameworks and maximizing the full capacity of data science tools towards its total digital transformation
The Information and Communication Technology Division (ICTD) under the City Mayor’s Office is mandated to render software and hardware monitoring and maintenance. Adaptation and acquisition of new technology and application to be more efficient, comfortable, and quality services. Secured and virus-free websites, data files, servers, and networks. Unending system development application program both stand- alone and web-based for all LGU offices located citywide.
